POLITICAL SALT

Adding spiritual salt to the meat of politics... in the pursuit of good government.

"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned, as it were, with salt,
so that you may know how you should respond to each person."

- Colossians 4:6

Prayer Mountain

Micah 4:1-2 says that "it will come about in the last days that the mountain of the Lord will be established as the chief of the mountains... that He may teach us about His ways and that we may walk in His paths..." and Isaiah 56:7 says that "even those I will bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My house of prayer... for My house will be called a house of prayer..." Mountains speak of authority in the Bible. The chief of the mountains is the place of the highest government in the land. The thing we often think of as weak - prayer - Micah says will be established in the place of highest authority. It is a place where we hear God speak; where we connect with His word, His law, and His promises.
