Immigration #1
If an issue ever needed the wisdom of Solomon, immigration is it. We need to be informed and pray for our government. Pray against inflamed passions that so often exude name-calling and labeling, and rob us of reasoned and considerate dialog.

When we consider an issue like this, it is important to separate the "sympathetic" from what is true, right and compassionate. Sympathies, though they feel good and appeal to the politically-correct mentality, can lead to dangerous short-term solutions (or no solution at all) that fail to address the deeper long-term issues of a matter. May cooler heads (but not cold hearts) prevail.
